In 1987 Mr Popat and his father amalgamated the grocery and a post office to form The Chinese Firework Company. Indeed the product range is so vast, with over 350 varieties, that no-one can fail to be enchanted. They have rockets large enough for NASA and have single fireworks from 99p to £1000 display kits. The fireworks are not only available around the Bonfire Night season, but are instead appropriate for all occasions and can be bought all year round on an appointment system. They have supplied procession torches to the nudist society for a parade and fireworks to H. M. Prison Service, Buddhist Society, Chatsworth House, Sheffield City Council and Sheffield Arena.
